sooo after being asked to post something new on my blog... I realized how long it's been since I have... so here goes...
School... why have you forsaken me! so I don't know what's going to happen as a future career... need some guidance counseling ASAP. Med is getting farther and farther away from me... and I've got so many options I don't know where my passion is. What to do? Pray. Ohhh while I'm on topic... I had an awesome conversation with my roommate last night. It wasn't really religious or anything but rather scientific, nerdy, and fun. I got another wake up call about how extremely insignificant I am as an individual yet as treasured as everyone is to God. Soo the topic of our chat was like scientific theories and how none of it is really proven.. and how they're all looking for the "God Particle" (wasn't sure whether or not I was supposed to capitalize that, w/e)... we talked about theories about time and space... then how vast the universe was... picture yourself... then zoom out to your community, city, continent, then earth, our solar system, the milky way, the galaxy we reside in, then the KNOWN universe, in which we ask... "where's the milky way?" It's crazy... We also brushed on the end of the world... talked about how all the problems came out at once in the world's largest economic power, the US. How the estimated year of the apocalypse is during our generation (precise date: 2012, but estimates beyond that have been suggested). I shared a bit about the Biblical view of the end of the world with the antichrist and the whole shabam. I had fun interpreting what happens to us... talked about stuff that was shown in the Left Behind series... it was a cool chat ^^. Other academic events: exams ><"
Moving along... so I got a pool tournament tomorrow... I think it's 8-ball... and yeah it's gonna last the whole day pretty much... wish me luck =). Mmmm extra-curriculars are going strong... mainly badminton.. ohohoh, might as well share my extremely lame phrase that I told a few people (they laughed, possibly trying to be nice) but yeah I was sick at the time and still went to play so I was like "yeah, I practically married the sport, I'm with it in sickness and in health" XD. Other news... I dubbed a jap song recently to help a friend complete it, I showed a few people, but anyone reading this blog can feel free to check it out and give CONSTRUCTIVE FEEDBACK! Spiritual walk... so going to men's cell is awesome, learning a lot and I'm glad I have such awesome brothers in Christ, fun times =). As for some of the struggles going on... I keep saying this, but I need self-control, discipline, and motivation (maybe a GF could help?). Priorities... get things straight about what's really important to me... I've got random identity crisis moments, when I keep asking myself "WHO AM I?!?!!?!" in that tone XD.. lost track of who the real me is... oh, currently taking a communications course, so... who am I guys? comments? hold nothing back =). mmm... I got a few prayer requests... just for my family's health (most of you probably know what's going on... if you don't msg me, i don't mind sharing), my grandparents and that God will move in their lives and reveal Himself to them so they may believe and be saved. For myself, my education and career direction, as well as a JOB... frig I need a job... need some moneyyy...
Well... just got a call and I'm heading over to Essex to practice pool =)
